Our story

She asks a different question than most.

Lynda Samphire is a guide, writer, and explorer of consciousness whose work lives at the intersection of ecology, the nervous system, dreams, and human remembering.

01 — The question

Who was the medicine in relationship with before it came into relationship with us?

Rather than asking what medicine does to us, she asks a different question: Who was the medicine in relationship with before it came into relationship with us?

Her work explores the possibility that healing is not something we receive from a substance, but something that emerges through relationship — with our bodies, our dreams, the natural world, and the deeper intelligence that connects them all.

02 — The ecology

One participant in a living conversation.

Drawing inspiration from the ecology of the forest, Lynda views Amanita muscaria not simply as a mushroom, but as one participant in a living conversation between tree, soil, fungi, and human. Through this lens, she invites people beyond the pursuit of peak experiences and into the quieter process of remembering — where regulation, creativity, and consciousness arise naturally when relationship is restored.

03 — The invitation

We are not separate from nature. We are one expression of it.

Whether guiding individuals through nervous system restoration, dreamwork, contemplative practices, or intentional work with plant and fungal medicines, her invitation remains the same: to remember that we are not separate from nature. We are one expression of it.

Lynda continues to explore the relationship between consciousness, ecology, and the living intelligence of nature. Her work invites a deeper inquiry into how healing, creativity, and human potential emerge when relationship — not separation — becomes the foundation.

One enduring question

At the heart of her work is an ongoing exploration of one enduring question:

“What becomes possible when we remember that life has always been a relationship?”
